If accepted into residential care, how long before a child can move into a cottage?
A child can move into their BCV cottage about one week after a decision is made.
How long does the application process usually take?
The process takes 1-2 weeks after an application is received in our office.
What happens if it’s determined The BCV isn’t the right fit for a family?
If it’s determined that The BCV is not the best fit for a child’s or family’s needs, we will make an alternative recommendation and referral.
