Houseparent Missionary
– The primary responsibility of houseparents is to model healthy, Christian family living for children and youth.
Case Manager, Farrow Manor Campus, Coldwater
– The Case Manager for Baptist Children’s Village & Family Ministries (“BCVFM”) must be a mature Christian adult whose personal integrity, character, and reputation reflect the standards and ethics expected of BCVFM staff. This individual must hold a bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science field and have a minimum of two years of case management experience. The Case Manager must demonstrate effective communication skills, sound judgment, assertiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, referral sources, and BCVFM staff. This position requires schedule flexibility and availability during times when residents are on campus or when families are accessible.
