– The primary responsibility of houseparents is to model healthy, Christian family living for children and youth.
Partner Ministries Associate
– The primary responsibility of the Partner Ministries Associate is to work alongside the Director of Partner Ministries to identify, cultivate, and engage churches, business owners, and individual donors to support annual funding goals.
Case Manager, Wiggins Campus
– The primary responsibility of the Case Manager is coordinating and overseeing the care and case management of assigned residents at Baptist Children’s Village & Family Ministries by conducting admissions and discharges, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with families, staff, schools, and service providers, and advocating for the best interests of each child while supporting program goals and family engagement.
