  Picayune Student Completes Senior Project

Kayla Bounds, Senior at Picayune Memorial High School, recently used her Senior Project to benefit the children of The Baptist Children's Village.

"The reason I chose BCV was because it was a christian based home for children in need.  This project was really a blessing.", said Kayla.  "I enjoyed meeting some of the children."

Kayla started this project at the beginning of the school year by contacting The Baptist Children's Village to get approval.  She then set out boxes in buisnesses around Picayune and in her church.  She would pick-up items at the collection points every Tuesday.  She then ended the collection on November 9th and delievered everything to The Baptist Children's Village on the 10th.

Kayla said, "I hope everything that I collected blesses y'all in a wonderful way."
